If you usually have some sort of "baked chicken" night in your weekly meal plan, you need to know about this recipe. With salty, crispy prosciutto and a buttery sage sauce, it will blow your standard, dry chicken dinner out of the water.

If you have ever had saltimbocca, which is traditionally made with thin slices of veal rolled up with prosciutto and sage and cooked in a buttery white wine sauce, then this recipe will sound familiar to you.
